Ramy Fischler

Ramy Fischler is a Belgian contemporary designer based in Paris. A graduate of the École nationale supérieure de création industrielle in 2004, he collaborated with Patrick Jouin from 2001 to 2010.

Awarded the Lauréat de l’Académie de France à Rome in 2010-2011, he became a pensionnaire de la Villa Médicis, where he explored the experience of visitors and artists within the site. During this time, he developed a keen interest in the history of furniture and its relationship with power.

Following this experience, he founded RF Studio in Paris, where he and his growing team design furniture, objects, and spaces for work, culture, commerce, and living. Since 2013, his agency has collaborated with a diverse range of creatives, including chef Thierry Marx, restaurateur Oliver Peyton, director Cyril Teste, and composer Jesper Nordin.

In February 2017, he took on the architectural design for Chanel’s fragrance & beauty, watches, and fine jewelry divisions. Recognized for his visionary approach, he was named Créateur de l’année 2018 by the Maison & Objet fair.
