Jacques Ducru
Born in Versailles in 1946, I received a classical education before extensive travels around the world broadened my perspective. After a few brief and varied professional experiences, I spent around ten years as a buyer for a company specializing in handcrafted goods from around the world.
In 1989, I founded my own business, Wood & Cane Company, built on the concept of creation and importation, which remained active until 2011. By 2016, I entered active retirement, continuing to collaborate with valued clients while remaining deeply engaged in design and product development.
